Shipping policy

PLEASE EXPECT A DELAY IN SHIPPING TIME BETWEEN DECEMBER 10-JANUARY 5 DUE TO INCREASED VOLUME OF ORDERS AND HOLIDAY BUSINESS CLOSURES.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but orders may be delayed based on volume, product availability, national holidays, natural disasters etc.

If your item has a defect or incurred damage during shipment we will replace the damaged portion upon receiving clear photos or video of the damage. Please contact us at storefronts@virtuallabel.net and allow at least 7 days for response due to the large volume of customer service inquiries we may receive at certain times.

PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: DHL will transfer the package to your local postal carrier, they may only make one delivery attempt and then your package will be held for 1-2 weeks and you will need to pick it up at your local postal center. Please keep an eye on your tracking as they may not leave a delivery notification. With exception of UK orders under £135, all customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility on the receiving end and will need to be paid before the package is released. For any failed delivery attempts or unclaimed orders, it can often take many months for the item/s to be returned back to us and they may not be returned to us at all as USPS may destroy packages at will. All shipping charges remain the customer's responsibility and we are only able to reship packages after receiving the item/s back in good condition.

We are currently unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Haiti due to legal constraints of our shipping carriers.
